A growing belly means change for your whole body. Breathing can become more difficult, your legs may be swollen, you experience joint pain when changing positions...
Your body is trying to compensate these changes, with eventually putting stress on your pelvis, pubic symphysis, abdominals and lumbar spine, with possible lower back pain, neck pain or pain in the pelvic area.

Identifying posture errors
Solving the problems of rigidity due to pain or incorrect movements
Restoring the balance of the muscular structure to the body
How?
Helping to relief the pain or discomfort in the affected area, by doing gentle exercises that work on muscles, ligaments and the lymphatic system.
Who is it for?
All pregnant women that experience discomfort due to pregnancy.
Timeframe
Two times a week, 30 or 45 minutes (the extend of each session depends on how far you are in pregnancy)
